Tenant Isolation Audit
We started by attempting to access data across tenant boundaries using every API endpoint and UI path we could find. This initial security-focused sweep identified three isolation gaps that the engineering team fixed before we moved into functional testing.
Compliance Test Design
Worked with the client compliance team to understand the legal requirements for training completion tracking. We built test cases that validated completion timestamps, audit log entries, certificate generation, and the edge cases around partial completions and retakes.
Automated Regression Pipeline
Built and maintained a Playwright-based regression suite of 200+ tests integrated into Jenkins. The suite ran against every staging deployment and produced a go/no-go report that the release manager reviewed before each production push.
Integration Validation
Set up sandbox environments for Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR to validate the bidirectional data sync. We tested user provisioning, training record sync, and SSO flows with realistic datasets including organizations with 10,000+ user records.
